K-Kit is a 2-month project that creates a fitness routine using hands-on exercise and eating instruction. Weekly nutrition coaching teaches practical and livable strategies for building a healthy lifestyle. Personalized exercise design guarantees your individual success. The result is moving with energy and strength, an understanding of how to eat for satisfaction and nourishment, and a future that feels relaxed and ready. Here's what you can expect:
Daily workouts designed around your goals that include strength, cardio, flexibility, mobility, mechanical corrections, and a schedule to keep you moving no matter where you are; 2 in-person training sessions/week along with planned workouts to do alone. (virtual and group training is optional)
Daily nutrition strategies to stay focused and relaxed about how to eat, what to eat and why.
Weekly 1:1 coaching support to clarify and encourage your efforts to nourish your movements, satisfy your palate and organize your eating plan into manageable, simple steps.
Weekly and monthly progress checks to verify our efforts are on track for building and remodeling your body.
Available on-going K-Kit use after 12 weeks. If you love it, we'll keep building by progressively increasing workout complexity and nutrition instruction until you're content!
